For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

1. A weak area of low pressure located over 1700 miles southwest of
the main Hawaiian Islands continues to produce disorganized showers
and thunderstorms. Upper-level winds are not expected to be
conducive for development before the low moves west of the
International Date Line, and out of the Central Pacific basin,
later today.
*Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
*Formation chance through 5 days...low...near 0 percent.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 
5 days.
