   <title>Outlook</title>
   <link>http://www.prh.noaa.gov/hnl/pages/SRF.php#Outlook</link>
<description>Outlook through Sunday Feb 19: the current northwest swell will drop below advisory levels Tuesday night. A new northwest swell will build Wednesday afternoon&#44; bringing surf to near warning levels for north and west facing shores on Wednesday night. This swell will drop below advisory levels on Saturday. The short period easterly trade swell will increase this weekend&#44; bringing surf along east facing shores to near advisory levels.
Surf heights are forecast heights of the face or front of waves. The surf forecast is based on the significant wave height&#44; the average height of the one third largest waves&#44; in the zone of maximum refraction. Some waves may be more than twice as high as the significant wave height. Expect to encounter rip currents in or near any surf zone. </description>
