SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Light winds associated with a ridge of high pressure near the islands and a stationary frontal boundary to the northwest will persist into the weekend. Moderate to locally fresh trade winds will return early next week as high pressure builds north of the islands.
