SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Trade winds will weaken further through Saturday as both the high to the NE and associated ridge to north recede east. A weak front will approach the northwest coastal waters of Kauai Sunday before stalling. A second high will begin to fill in behind the front and move east early next week.
