SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Strong high pressure will pass about 600 nm north of the state this morning, driving strong trade winds. Another strong high will build far north of the islands tonight and Wednesday, maintaining fresh to strong trade winds. High pressure will finally weaken and drift southward Friday into the weekend.
