Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters:
A weak trough of low pressure will continue to move through the marine area tonight producing some heavy showers and thunderstorms. Light to moderate trade winds will persist tonight, then increase to moderate to strong levels Sunday through the middle of next week as high pressure builds northeast of the state and hurricane Lane passes by to the south of the Big Island Wednesday.
