Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters:
A new larger north northwest swell will arrive Tuesday, then peak Tuesday night into Wednesday. The next cold front is expected to move down the island chain Tuesday through Wednesday morning, with increasing north to northeast winds behind the front.
