SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
High pressure north of the state will gradually shift east, maintaining moderate to fresh trade winds through Wednesday. A front will approach the area, weakening and veering winds to the southeast by Thursday. The front will move through the state Friday into Saturday before stalling over the eastern portion of the state Sunday. Another high will fill in behind the front.
