SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A cold front near Oahu will become stationary near Maui tonight. This front will be a focus for active and possibly hazardous weather through the next few days over the coastal waters with locally strong winds and high seas as well as the threat for strong thunderstorms.
