SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A 1029 mb surface high far north of the state will move to the east and weaken over the weekend as its associated surface ridge moves to within 250 nm north of Kauai. Stronger high pressure will build far northwest of the state on Wednesday.
