SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A large high pressure area will remain far north of the state through midweek. The center of hurricane Ignacio was about 430 nm east southeast of Hilo Hawaii moving northwest at 7 kt. Ignacio is forecast to brush the island/s windward waters Monday through Wednesday.
