SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Tropical storm Ana is centered about 280 nm west southwest of Lihue at 200 pm HST, and is moving toward the west at 6 kt. A surface high far north of the islands will shift toward the southeast at about 15 kt and weaken early this week.
