SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
High pressure far northwest of the islands will remain in place through the weekend then weaken early next week. A weak disturbance may develop east to northeast of the state Thursday and Friday keeping winds lighter across the eastern portion of the state.
