SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A surface high northwest of Kauai will continue moving eastward through Wednesday. A new surface high will build far north northwest of the aloha state starting Wednesday night. This high will move slowly eastward to a position far north of the islands by this weekend.
