SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A weak front near Kauai will stall there and dissipate overnight. A weak trough near the Big Island will meander over the island chain before dissipating Wednesday. High pressure will reign far northeast of the state from midweek.
