SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A cold front will dissipate south of the Big Island today. Strong high pressure will build north of the state through Tuesday in the wake of the front, then shift eastward on Wednesday as another high builds far north of the state. Strong trade winds will continue across the coastal waters through the middle of this week.
