MORNING WILL BECOME NORTHERLY THIS AFTERNOON AND WEAKEN. SEAS 4
TO 8 FT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS 10 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE CONDITIONS
HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS, SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE

SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Low pressure centered a couple of hundred nautical miles northwest of Kauai will drift toward the southwest through tonight, then weaken and track away from the waters Monday through Tuesday. A front will pass to the north Tuesday through Wednesday. High pressure will build north of the state Wednesday through Thursday.
