SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A ridge will shift southeast tonight into Saturday as a cold front approaches the islands from the northwest. The front will move rapidly southeast across the island chain Saturday night and Sunday, followed by a relatively short period of strong north winds. A surface ridge will move over the islands Monday.
