SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Trade winds will continue to strengthen across the state through Friday as high pressure settles northeast of the islands and a weak surface trough to the north dissipates. Trade winds will become fresh to locally strong during the weekend as the high drifts westward.
