The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a Small
Craft Advisory, which is in effect until 6 AM HST Thursday.

A surface ridge north of the islands will maintain trade winds through the end of the work week. The trades are expected to be locally strong into mid-week due to a weak surface trough passing south of the islands.
