SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
High pressure north of the state will drift south over the next few days and will keep fresh to locally strong trade winds in place. Tropical storm madeline will continue on a west to northwest track, possibly entering the offshore waters as early as Tuesday and may impact the state Wednesday and Thursday.
