SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Moderate to strong trade winds will continue through Thursday, then briefly weaken by Friday as a trough approaches and stalls northwest of the marine area. A return of moderate to strong trade winds is expected over the weekend as high pressure builds north and northeast of the region.
