SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A strengthening high far northwest of the islands will merge with a weakening high northeast of the islands Sunday night, building the trade winds from Sunday into Tuesday. The trades will ease off slightly Wednesday.
