HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS ZONES AS STRONG HIGH PRESSURE PASSES
NORTH OF THE STATE. THESE STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE HIGH AND ROUGH
SEAS. GALE CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE IN THE TYPICALLY WINDY AREAS
