SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A dissipating frontal boundary remains stationary just to the southeast of the Big Island. A moderate to fresh northeast wind pattern is establishing behind the front, which will persist during the next couple of days as high pressure passes to the north of the aloha state. Another front will be over or near the island chain by Thursday.
