SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A new, stronger high pressure will continue to build in behind a front northeast of the area. Fresh to locally strong trades will start to return tonight, especially for the typically windier areas around the Big Island and Maui. Expect the fresh trade winds to maintain themselves through the period.
