SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
High pressure north of the state will provide light trade winds through tonight. Thursday through the weekend, a cold front passing by to the north will cut off trade winds and variable winds with a mix of light easterlies will prevail.
