Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters:
A new larger north northwest swell will arrive Tuesday, peak Tuesday night into Wednesday, then slowly decline through Friday. The next cold front is expected to move down the island chain Tuesday through Wednesday morning, with increasing north to northeast winds behind the front. Winds are forecast to peak on Thursday, then decrease Friday into Saturday.
