SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A trough of low pressure near Kauai and Oahu will continue eastward, then dissipate tonight. Moderate to fresh trades will return Wednesday through Thursday, then weaken Friday into the upcoming weekend as another trough approaches and begins to influence the local area.
