SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A surface ridge north of Kauai will move south slowly during the weekend as a front approaches. The front will move over the islands Sunday night through Tuesday, possibly bringing strong convection.

TONIGHT
East winds 10 kt in the evening becoming variable less than 10 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Northwest swell 3 ft increasing to 6 ft after midnight.

SUNDAY
North winds 10 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Northwest swell 10 ft.
