FOR STRONG TRADE WINDS...

.STRONG TO NEAR GALE FORCE TRADE WINDS AND ROUGH SEAS WILL
CONTINUE ACROSS ALL WATERS THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING. STARTING
WEDNESDAY EVENING WINDS WILL LIKELY DROP BELOW THE ADVISORY
THRESHOLD IN SOME AREAS BUT WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG AROUND THE
BIG ISLAND AND MAUI BEYOND WEDNESDAY EVENING. A NORTHWEST SWELL
MAY BOOST SEAS ABOVE THE ADVISORY THRESHOLD STARTING TOMORROW. SO
THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL LIKELY BE EXTENDED FOR WATERS
EXPOSED TO THE NORTHWEST SWELL AND WHERE THE TRADE WINDS WILL
REMAIN STRONG.
