SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Trade winds are forecast to strengthen across the area as high pressure far northwest of the islands intensify. This high will gradually migrate east during the next several days. A trough is expected to develop west of Kauai by Thursday.
