SYNOPSIS

FEB 07 2016 09:41:00 HST
FEB 07 2016 19:41:00 UTC

SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Strong northerly winds will generate rough conditions across the marine areas through tonight as a cold front moves east across the area. High pressure northwest of the islands will then build southeast with an associated ridge moving near the islands by Tuesday. A weaker front may approach the islands from the north on Wednesday and Thursday before stalling and dissipating, when a large northwest swell is also possible.
