SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Light winds will continue through Wednesday as a ridge of high pressure remains in the vicinity of the islands. Trade winds will return late Wednesday and Thursday as the ridge lifts back to the north and strengthens. Trade winds will begin a gradual decline late Friday as the ridge is pushed southward again. A large northwest swell will build through Thursday.
