SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A weak trough near the Big Island will meander over the northern coastal waters through Wednesday. Trade winds return for the second half of the week as high pressure moves far northeast of the state. A large south swell will diminish through the week.
