329 PM HST SUN NOV 22 2009
SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A ridge of high pressure about 350 nm north of Kauai will drift south and weaken through Monday, supporting moderate trade winds. A new high will pass well north of the islands from Wednesday through Friday, supporting fresh to locally strong trade winds.
