SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A weak front moving onto Kauai today will stall and dissipate there overnight. A weak trough near Maui will slowly meander across the island chain before dissipating Wednesday. High pressure will reign far NE of the state from midweek.
