SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A weak front near Oahu will move slowly east and dissipate tonight. Another front will pass north of the windward coastal waters Friday and Friday night. A weak ridge of high pressure will build over the area during the weekend. The winds will turn south early next week in response to an approaching front from the west.
