SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
High pressure will remain far north-northeast of the state through next week. Remnants of tropical depression Eight-E will continue to move to the south of the island chain through the rest of the weekend. Tropical cyclone Guillermo will near the state from the east Tuesday and may threaten the islands Wednesday and Thursday.
