SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Fresh to locally strong trade winds associated with high pressure north of the state will begin to ease and shift to the south Wednesday night through Friday as a weakening frontal boundary approaches and moves over the marine area. Strong northerly winds will fill in across the Kauai and Oahu waters Saturday and Sunday as the remnants of the front stalls over the eastern portion of the state.
