SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A high far northeast of the state will produce strong to near gale force trade winds. Another strong high will build far north of the area tonight and Wednesday, maintaining strong to near gale force winds. Winds will gradually weaken over the second half of the week as a low develops far northwest of the area.
