SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Tropical storm Ana is centered about 175 nm west southwest of Lihue at 1100 pm HST, moving toward the west at 8 kt. A surface high far north of the islands will shift toward the southeast at about 15 kt and weaken early this week.
