SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
Strong northerly winds will fill in across the marine areas later today through Sunday as a cold front quickly moves southeast across the islands. A surface ridge will develop over the waters Monday through Tuesday. A weak cold front will stall and weaken north of the marine areas through the mid-week period as high pressure remains over the islands. A large northwest swell will remain possible Wednesday and Wednesday night.
