SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A front will reach Kauai later today and dissipate. A trough near Molokai and Maui will move east to the Big Island later today and dissipate there by Wednesday night. High pressure will build across the area the second half of the week.
