SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A dissipating cold front near Kauai will stall and continue to weaken near Oahu Friday. High pressure moving east across the north Pacific will keep strong trade winds and rough seas persisting into Friday before conditions begin to improve over the weekend.
