SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A ridge about 200 miles north of Kauai will move south slowly and weaken tonight as a front approaches from the northwest. The front will reach Kauai Wednesday night and stall near Maui county on Thursday. High pressure will build north of the islands behind the front.
