SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS:
A surface ridge of high pressure lies over the Hawaiian islands. It will linger there before drifting slightly north Saturday. A weak front will enter the offshore waters from the northwest today then stall north of Kauai and slowly dissipate through Friday. Weak high pressure will rebuild across the area this weekend.
