At 1100 AM HST (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Darby
was located near latitude 22.2 North, longitude 161.0 West. The
depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 9 mph (15
km/h). This motion is expected to continue as Darby moves away from
the main Hawaiian Islands.
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Little change in strength is forecast during the next 48 hours.
Darby is expected to become a post-tropical low tonight before
dissipating on Tuesday. 
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1012 mb (29.89 inches).
