At 1100 am HST, 2100 UTC, the center of post-tropical cyclone Genevieve was located near latitude 13.0 north, longitude 151.1 west. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west near 7 mph, 11 km/h , and this motion is expected to to continue for the 48 hours with a gradual increase in forward speed.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph, 55 km/h, with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1009 mb, 29.80 inches.
