PRESENT MOVEMENT: WNW OR 285 DEGREES AT 15 MPH: 24 KM/H
MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE: 1011 MB or 29.85 INCHES

There are no watches or warnings in effect.

DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

Satellite data and surface observations show that there is no longer any organized thunderstorm activity nor a well-defined center of circulation and is no longer a tropical cyclone.

At 500 am HST, 1500 UTC, the center of the remnant of Flossie was located near latitude 22.3 north, 159.8 west. The remnant is moving toward the west northwest at 15 mph.

Maximum sustained winds are near 25 mph, 35 km/h, with higher gusts.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb, 29.68 inches.
