At 1100 pm HST, 0900 UTC, the center of tropical depression Three-C was located near latitude 19.0 north, longitude 177.9 west. The depression is moving toward the west near 14 mph, 22 km/h, and this motion is expected to continue until forecasted dissipation within the next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph, 55 km/h, with higher gusts. Tropical depression Three-C is forecast to slowly weaken and dissipate within the next couple of days.
