For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

1. A disturbance about 450 miles south southeast of Hilo, Hawaii
continues to move west around 5 mph. The system is becoming less
organized. Dry air and strengthening southwest winds aloft are
forecast to continue weakening the disturbance. The system is
likely to dissipate tonight. 
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...near 0 percent.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 
5 days.
