TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS CENTRAL PACIFIC HURRICANE CENTER HONOLULU HI
747 PM HST WED OCT 12 2016

For the Central North Pacific...between 140W and 180:

1. An area of low pressure, located about 950 miles southwest of
Honolulu, Hawaii, continues to produce disorganized showers and
thunderstorms. Development, if any, will be slow to occur as it
moves to the west-northwest at 15 to 20 mph during the next
couple of days.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent

2. Showers and isolated thunderstorms associated with an area of
low pressure located around 780 miles south of Hilo, Hawaii remain
disorganized. Development, if any, will be slow to occur as it
moves westward near 15 mph during the next couple of days.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through Friday
evening.
