TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS CENTRAL PACIFIC HURRICANE CENTER HONOLULU HI
745 AM HST THU SEP 22 2016

For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180:

1. A weak area of low pressure located about 700 miles southeast
of the Big Island of Hawaii is producing an area of disorganized
shower and thunderstorm activity. Any additional development of
this system is expected to be slow to occur as it moves slowly
westward.
*Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 10 percent

2. Showers and thunderstorms have diminished in association with a
weak area of low pressure located about 1150 miles east-southeast
of the Big Island of Hawaii. Development of this system is not
expected as it moves slowly westward over the next few days.
*Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent

Otherwise, No tropical cyclones are expected through Saturday
morning.
