TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS CENTRAL PACIFIC HURRICANE CENTER HONOLULU HI

For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180:

1. Poorly organized thunderstorms persist around a weak surface
low located about 225 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Upper
level winds will become increasingly hostile during the next
couple of days as the system moves slowly to the west-northwest.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent

2. Poorly organized thunderstorms persist near a weak surface low
embedded within a trough about 780 miles southwest of Honolulu,
Hawaii. Development, if any, would be slow to occur as the system
drifts northwestward during the next couple of days.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent

No tropical cyclones are expected through Tuesday afternoon.
