For the central north Pacific, between 140°W and 180.

1. Showers and thunderstorms associated with an area of low pressure around 1040 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii remain disorganized. Tropical cyclone development is not expected as it slowly moves westward over the next couple of days.

* Formation chance through 48 hours, low, near 0 percent.

2. Widespread thunderstorms about 1110 miles south-southwest of Honolulu, Hawaii were associated with a weak low pressure area. This area of unstable weather was nearly stationary and the thunderstorms remain disorganized. Further development, if any, will be slow to occur.* Formation chance through 48 hours, low, near 0 percent.

3. Showers and thunderstorms about 1200 miles west of Honolulu , Hawaii were associated with an upper level trough just to the west. The trough was moving slowly eastward. No tropical cyclone formation is expected from this area. .* Formation chance through 48 hours, low, 0 percent.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through Friday morning.
