TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS CENTRAL PACIFIC HURRICANE CENTER HONOLULU HI
200 PM HST WED JUL 15 2015

For the central north Pacific, between 140°W and 180.

1. The remnant low level circulation associated with former tropical storm Iune, located more than 1100 miles southwest of Honolulu, Hawaii, has been moving steadily west. From time to time, the system generates thunderstorms in its vicinity. However, environmental conditions will likely impede further development over the next couple of days.

* Formation chance through 48 hours, low, 10 percent.

2. An area of showers and thunderstorms has remained nearly stationary 675 miles south of Hilo, Hawaii, and is associated with a surface low. The feature is likely to drift north or northwest and remain only loosely organized for the next two days as conditions aloft limit its potential.

* Formation chance through 48 hours, low, 10 percent.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through Friday afternoon.
