Tropical Weather Outlook RSS Feed

For the central north Pacific, between 140°W and 180.

1. A weak area of low pressure about 700 miles south-southeast of Hilo Hawaii is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms while moving toward the west at about 15 mph. Environmental conditions are not conducive for further development, and there is a low chance, near 0 percent, of this system becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through Wednesday afternoon.
