For the central north Pacific, between 140°W and 180.

1. A small, weak area of low pressure located about 600 miles south of Kona Hawaii is moving west near 10 mph. Thunderstorms associated with this system are isolated and disorganized, and the circulation appears to be dissipating. There is a low chance, near 0 percent, of this system becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through Monday evening.
