For the central north Pacific, between 140°W and 180.

1. A low-level circulation located 1100 miles southwest of Honolulu, Hawaii, is moving to the west at 12 mph. Isolated thunderstorms periodically develop along this feature but remain disorganized, and upper level winds are not conducive for tropical cyclone development. There is a low chance, near 0 percent, of this system becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through Thursday afternoon.
