For the central north Pacific, between 140°W and 180.

1. The weak low 700 miles southwest of Honolulu, Hawaii, has weakened further as the deep convection has totally collapsed. There is no chance of this feature becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through early Monday morning.
