For the central north Pacific, between 140°W and 180.

1. A small low 780 miles south of Hilo has been moving northwest around 15 mph. Thunderstorms around the low have decreased, and the system could dissipate later today. There is a low chance, near 0 percent, of this system becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through late Tuesday night.
