Tropical Weather Outlook RSS Feed

For the central north Pacific, between 140°W and 180.

1. An area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms, currently located around 600 to 700 miles south southeast of Hilo, is moving slowly west. Development, if any, within this area will be slow to occur. There is a low chance, 10 percent, of this system becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through Monday morning.
