For the central north Pacific, between 140°W and 180.

1. A low level circulation about 880 miles southeast of Hilo Hawaii is moving west slowly. Thunderstorms on the east side of the circulation center have dissipated over the last six hours. The circulation center remains too weak to classify. There is a low chance, near 0 percent, of this system becoming a tropical cyclone over the next 48 hours.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through Friday morning.
